When analytics is enabled, BuyOK uses self-hosted Matomo to understand website traffic and where visitors leave sign-in or upload flows.

Analytics records visit time, a masked network address, approximate location, browser and device type, page categories and predefined actions: starting Google sign-in, receiving a callback, sign-in outcomes, upload attempts and outcomes, and opening the summary view.

Tracking uses no analytics cookies, disables browser feature detection and honours your browser’s Do Not Track setting. We do not send account identifiers, emails, filenames, property addresses, document contents, matter or referral identifiers, form values, sign-in codes or error messages to analytics. URLs are reduced to fixed page categories; external referrers retain only their origin. We do not collect age, gender or precise location.

Analytics is enabled only after configuring deletion of raw visit and action data after 30 days and aggregate reports after 12 months. Access to reports requires a separate authorized Matomo account.

Cookieless visits may split between sessions, and blocking or disabled tracking can undercount activity. Opening a summary does not prove it was read. Analytics cannot observe Google-hosted pages or provide a complete security audit. Operational server logs are separate from these analytics reports.
